CTK will be holding Activate Workshop the weekend of November 13 & 14. The Activate Workshop is similar to the Clarify Our Calling Workshop in that the attendees will spend time better understanding the person their area will be serving going forward. This workshop differs, however, in that each team will leave with a specific idea/program/event it will begin implementing within the next 90 days. This workshop aligns all of the teams around a common vision, with specific action in their respective areas. Both existing and new ministries will leave feeling energized and equipped to re-align their ministry or build, fund, and launch a new venture.
Who is it for:
- Staff-led existing ministries and their teams of 3-5 people, as identified by senior leadership.
- Volunteer-led existing ministries and their teams of 3-5 people, as identified by senior leadership.
- Leaders of the new teams coming out of the Is This You? gathering and their team of least 3 people, including the leader.
