Upcoming Outreach Opportunity
Lutheran Early Response Teams (LERT)

Our Michigan District LERT leaders have asked our congregations to consider assembling Hygiene Kits to assist areas that have been affected by natural disasters.  Christ the King Outreach Ministry has decided to answer this call and collect items to assemble as many kits as we can. Item collections will go March 27^th  through May 22nd. If you’d rather give a cash donation instead of shopping, please make certain it is marked "Outreach Fund/LERT Project". You can give through the offering plate, MyCTK and/or text give to "OUTREACH".  Below is information on what is needed for one kit. We will take as many items as you are willing to donate from the list.  Please make sure you follow the exact description for each item.  Dollar stores are a great place to purchase many of the things.

One Health/Dental Kit Includes:

1- Bath Towel
1- Wash Cloth
2- Bars of Soap (in original wrapping)
1- Toothbrush
1- Pack of Dental Floss
1- Tube of Toothpaste (2 if sample size)
1- Comb
1 -Deodorant
